Healthy overnight oats recipe
Skip the packaged oats and make your own!
Servings 25
- 4 cups rolled oats organic
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes organic
- 1/2 cup buckwheat grouts organic
- 1/4 cup chia seeds organic
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds organic
- 1 cup turbinado sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix ingredients together and store in the pantry in an airtight container.
Scoop ΒΌ cup of mixture into pint jar and fill with water to four-ounce level.
Cover and leave on countertop overnight.
Optional: microwave for thirty seconds and add butter and berries or keep cool and add yogurt and stir.
