Once a month I take a little road trip over to themightyrib, a Little Rock food blog filled with a variety of contributors and topics. I know many of you either live in Little Rock or take little trips to The Rock. I like the feel of themightyrib blog. It is one of those real-blogs, filled with honest words and unique perspectives.
Today I shared my momentary panic when I realized that the Alaskan salmon season is almost over.
Then I remembered that all we need is a simple little plan to extend any fresh fish season.
