Broccoli and cheddar chaffles
A healthy low-carb alternative to waffles
Servings 5 mini waffles
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup broccoli, cooked
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/3 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Pam Spray
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Turn on waffle maker and spray with Pam spray.
Use ΒΌ cup to scoop and place in mini waffle maker. Let cook for approximately 2 minutes and remove.
Serve and enjoy!
