Make your own hot sauce and brag a little about it.

Take a hike, Tabasco.

Find the door, Franks.

Sashay on outta here, Sriracha.

There is a new hot sauce in town and your services are no longer needed.

Braggin’ Rights Hot Sauce

Ingredients

3 Serrano peppers, thinly sliced

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon distilled vinegar

1 large beefsteak tomato, quartered

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1.

Place all of the ingredients in a NutriBullet or blender and blend until pureed.

2.

Pour puree into a soup pan and turn on medium high heat on stove.

3.

Stir until the puree begins to foam, turn off stove and remove pan from heat.

4.

Sit for fifteen minutes.

5.

Pour into glass container, using a strainer to remove all the bits and pieces (aka pulp). Save the pulp for your next batch of chicken tortilla soup or salsa!

6.

Store in fridge and use in place of your regular hot sauce.

Eat well, my friends. Eat well.
