Healthy overnight oats recipe

Skip the packaged oats and make your own!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats organic
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes organic
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat grouts organic
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds organic
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds organic
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together and store in the pantry in an airtight container.
  • Scoop ΒΌ cup of mixture into pint jar and fill with water to four-ounce level.
  • Cover and leave on countertop overnight.
  • Optional: microwave for thirty seconds and add butter and berries or keep cool and add yogurt and stir.
